Sorrel Rum Punch

Flavor: Tart, spiced, lightly sweet
Base spirit: Aged or dark rum

Recipe

  • 2 oz Aged or Dark Rum

  • 3 oz Store-bought sorrel drink

  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Ice

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
Garnish (optional): Lime wheel or cinnamon stick


☕ Agave Espresso Martini

Flavor: Bold, earthy, lightly sweet
Base spirit: Tequila blanco

Recipe

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco

  • 1 oz Fresh espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

  • 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur

  • 1/4 oz Agave nectar

  • Ice

Method:
Shake hard with ice until frothy. Double strain into two chilled coupes.
Garnish: Coffee beans


🌼 Tequila Daisy

Flavor: Bright, citrus-forward
Base spirit: Tequila blanco

Recipe

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco

  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz Orange liqueur

  • ½ oz Prickly Pear Syrup

  • Ice

Method:
Shake with ice. Strain into two chilled coupes or serve over ice.
Garnish: Lemon twist
