Sorrel Rum Punch
Flavor: Tart, spiced, lightly sweet
Base spirit: Aged or dark rum

2 oz Aged or Dark Rum

3 oz Store-bought sorrel drink

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1/2 oz Simple syrup (adjust to taste)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Ice
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
Garnish (optional): Lime wheel or cinnamon stick

Flavor: Bold, earthy, lightly sweet
Base spirit: Tequila blanco

1.5 oz Tequila Blanco

1 oz Fresh espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

1/2 oz Coffee liqueur

1/4 oz Agave nectar

Method:
Shake hard with ice until frothy. Double strain into two chilled coupes.

Method:
Shake with ice. Strain into two chilled coupes or serve over ice.
